Home Sale Assistance Program
Lenbrook is now providing a unique program to assist prospective residents with the home sale process.
A Prospective Resident may utilize the Home Sale Assistance Program by making a 5% or 10% deposit. The elements of the Home Sale Assistance Program are listed below.
v A Prospective Resident may choose a realtor from a list provided by Lenbrook.
v Lenbrook will provide a home appraisal at no cost to the Prospective Resident.
v A Prospective Resident will receive a complimentary consultation (up to two hours) with a move manager for moving and home staging advice.
v The Home Sale Assistance Program is intended for all Lenox and Brookhaven Depositors.
v A Prospective Resident will enter into the Home Sale Assistance Program by signing an addendum to the Residence and Services Agreement.
v If the Prospective Resident has complied with the Lenbrook Home Sale Assistance Program and the Resident’s home does not sell during a specified time period, the Prospective Resident may terminate the Residence and Services Agreement and the 10% deposit will be refunded to the Prospective Resident without Termination Fee.
v If the Prospective Resident’s home has not sold, the Prospective Resident may request to extend the program an additional thirty (30) days with no further financial commitment.
v If the Prospective Resident wishes to move to Lenbrook before the home sells, Lenbrook will provide a monthly service fee “credit” in the amount of $500 per month for 12 months if the Prospective Resident utilizes the services of a home manager.
