Part-time Server

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions.
  • Must have at least 6 months’ server experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must possess ability to communicate in a positive and professional way with residents, guests and co-workers.

Duties

  • Serve all residents and their guests in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.
  • Participate in ensuring nutritional adequacy by serving food as indicated on modified diets

Work Schedule

lunch and dinner shift; must be able to work weekends

Registered Nurse Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in skilled care, preferably with the elderly
  • Current Registered Nurse in the State of GA
  • CPR certified
  • Good communication skills, patient, and self disciplined
Duties

  • Supervise resident care personnel during his/her shift
  • Supervise serving of diets and fluid intake
  • Supervise CNAs and LPNs in performing their duties
  • Ensure rehabilitative procedures are performed
  • Must do documentation audits weekly on MARs, treatment records, skin assessments & residents’ monthly assessments
  • Verify inventory of drugs covered by the Controlled Substance Act
  • Participate in staff meetings
  • Assist MDS Coordinator in writing and updating Resident Assessment and Comprehensive Car plans

  • Assisted Living Resident Care Associate

    Qualifications    

    • CNA certificate
    • CPR and first-aid certification
    • Experience in long-term care or assisted living
    • Ability to bend, kneel or squat
    • Must be able to push, pull or lift in excess of 75 pounds

     Duties

    • Assist residents with activities of daily living including incontinence care
    • Assure that each resident receives treatment, medication and diet as prescribed
    • Keep assigned resident’s apartment and belongings clean and in order
    • Make beds every day, changing linens
    • Obtain vital signs and weight monthly and as assigned
    • Document all medication records in an efficient and timely manner
    • Complete training and required testing to properly administer medications
    • Provide proper care to prevent decubitus ulcers and contractures
    • Implement designated activities for residents

     Work Schedule

    PRN, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.; 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

    Must be able to work weekends

    Admission & Social Services Coordinator

    Qualifications

    • BS in Social Work required; Master’s preferred
    • Certified in Gerontology
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in long-term care
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint

     Duties

    • Assist in pre-admission, admission and discharge process
    • Orient the resident and family to the Health Care Center environment
    • Establish and maintain an up-to-date complete resource file on community resources
    • Assist in providing in-services for staff in the area of Social Services
    • Interpret and promote residents’ rights and responsibilities
    • Assure that residents’ personal care needs are met
    • Identify and provide for the medically related social and emotional needs
