Rebecca "Becky" Webster
President and CEO

Becky has been President and CEO since March of 2009.  She was a Lenbrook board member since 2003 and has served as Chairman of the board’s Governance Committee. She has over 25 years of executive level experience in healthcare, including 20 years with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in roles that included Senior Vice President and COO. Becky holds a B.A. in Education, and her graduate work was in Healthcare Planning & Administration.
   
Chris Keysor Christopher M. Keysor
Chief Financial Officer

Chris, Chief Financial Officer, has provided consulting services for senior and long-term care projects requiring billions in funded capital. He has 19 years of experience in strategic capital planning, market studies, financial and operational consulting, and financial statement audits for CCRCs and other senior living facilities. Chris was previously a Managing Director with BB&T Capital Markets of Richmond, VA. He served as the National Principal in Charge of Senior Living at the accounting and consulting firm, LarsonAllen, and worked at BDO Seidman and KPMG. A CPA, he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
   
Mary Masters Fakharian
Vice President of Resident Services

Mary, now Vice President of Resident Services, came to Lenbrook in 2007 as the Move-In Coordinator for the Lenox Building Expansion. Mary's management experience spans more than 30 years; she was a Regional Sales Manager for the Dow Chemical Company (Dowbrands Division) and a Property Manager for the Lane Company in Atlanta.Mary's B.A. in Business Administration is from Michigan's Saginaw Valley State University. She has served as a volunteer at Hospice Atlanta and Meals on Wheels.
   
Mike McDaniel
Vice President of Community Servies

Mike has been the Vice President of Community Services at Lenbrook since 2002. Mike has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing facility management. Mike is knowledgeable about general construction and custom cabinetry design, manufacture, and installation. Before 2002, Mike was the Interim Executive Director for CRSA in San Antonio and Alexandria, VA. His B.A. in Business Administration is from Montgomery, Alabama's Huntingdon College.
   
Stephanie Peoples
Vice President of Health & Wellness

Stephanie is the Vice President of Health & Wellness joined Lenbrook in 2003. She received a Bachelor of Science, in Nursing from Georgia Baptist School of Nursing at Mercer University. Stephanie has been a Registered Nurse for 22 years within a variety of healthcare setting such as critical care, dialysis, and medical-surgical. In the last 10 years, she has held management roles in long term care settings. She is a member of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administrators/Long Term Care and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
   
Felecia Sveda
Vice President of Marketing

Felecia joined the Lenbrook marketing team in February, 2006 and was named Vice President of Marketing in 2008. Felecia previously served Presbyterian Village as both Director of Marketing and Director of Hearthstone, a memory support assisted living. Felecia is a Leadership Cobb alumna (2003). She has a B.S. from Ball State University and an M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University. She serves as a volunteer for The American Cancer Society, a mentor for The Center for Family Resources and an active alumna of Leadership Cobb.
