A breadth of dining alternatives is important to Lenbrook residents. This is why we complemented our new Fine and Private dining rooms with a casual grab-and-go Bistro and the semi-casual Grill Room.

Our executive chef, Richard Hurst, hails from two of Atlanta’s top restaurants and Compass Group, the world’s leading food service provider. His great pride, though, is in the team of young chefs he mentors; they have won gold in the state scholarship competition twice in a row. (In fact, his team prepared a sumptuous food sampling at Lenbrook and won top honors among residents!)

Chef Hurst personally develops the menus, crafts his own signature entrées, and oversees the preparation in all four dining areas. He seeks out organic and locally grown produce, for superior nutrition and taste. His commitment is to craft healthy, masterful dishes from fresh ingredients, even down to the salad dressings. The Lenbrook wait and service staff know residents by name. “The relationships you develop with people really make it for me,” says head server Melissa. “Because I see the residents every day, I want to make their mealtime a positive experience.”
