Deborah “Debbie” Taylor


President and CEO, joined Lenbrook in 1987 as Director of Nurses. Over the years her nursing degree coupled with a degree in management prepared her for the roles of Director of Health Services, Chief Operating Officer and in 2002 President and CEO. She is a registered nurse, graduating from Lander University in South Carolina, and a licensed nursing home administrator and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Debbie received the distinguished “Award of Honor” from the Georgia Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (GAHSA) in 2000. She has served as a past GASHA Board member, as Chair for Nominating Committee of the Atlanta Chapter of the Gerontological Nurses Association and as an evaluator with the CARF-CCAC (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and Continuing Care Accreditation Commission).

Michael Turner


Vice President of Finance and CFO, joined Lenbrook in 2007. Michael has a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Emory University, and a Masters in Education, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Masters in Health Care Administration from Georgia State University. He has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare in various roles. His areas of expertise include not only financial management and consulting, but also strategic planning, corporate culture analysis and design, operations analysis and re-engineering, and change management.

Mike McDaniel


Director of Environmental Services, joined Lenbrook in 2002. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. Mike has over 20 years experience in facility management in Production Manufacturing. Mike has general construction knowledge with training in the design, manufacturing, and installation of custom cabinetry. Prior to joining Lenbrook, Mike worked with CRSA as interim Executive Director in San Antonio, Texas and Alexandria, VA.

Barbara Helms


Director of Accounting, joined Lenbrook in 2001. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University with over 20 years of experience in financial statement preparation along with management of accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable. Barbara is a Certified Aging Services Profession (CASP). Prior to joining Lenbrook, she was the Senior Accountant at Physician Health Corporation, a physician management company.

Stephanie Peoples


Director of Clinical Services and registered nurse for over 16 years, joined the Lenbrook staff in 2003. A graduate of the Sylacauga School of Nursing, she is a member of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration/ Long Term Care.

Lennie Alsaybar


Director of Wellness, has been a member of Lenbrook’s staff since 1998. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and over 28 years’ experience in the field of health care. Lennie developed a comprehensive wellness program for Lenbrook to optimize health and fitness, minimize risk for chronic disease, reduce injuries and provide environmental safety.

Barry Flink


Vice President of Human Resources, joined Lenbrook in 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in management and psychology and a minor in urban sociology from Georgia Tech and Georgia State University. Barry has over 30 years of management and corporate executive experience in multiple industries. Additionally, Barry is a visiting professor or guest lecturer at 14 major universities in the United States and Canada and a Society of Human Resources Management member since 1974. Barry has published articles in human resource journals, serves on the board of directors of six organizations and was nominated in 2003 by the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce as Outstanding Business Person of the Year.
